Why are there two prices?
The fixed price covers strategy, design, development, content placement, revisions and launch. The monthly price covers the live hosting environment, SSL, backups, routine maintenance and the support level included in the selected plan.
Does the monthly fee start before the website is finished?
No. The monthly hosting and maintenance service begins when the website is ready to launch, unless a different start date is agreed in writing.
Is the monthly care plan required?
The published website packages are designed as a complete build-and-care service. The website is launched on BuildShukra hosting and remains managed while the monthly plan is active.
What counts as a maintenance update?
Small text, image, opening-hour or contact-detail changes may be included according to plan. New pages, redesigns, custom features, large catalogue changes and integrations are separate projects.
Can BuildShukra host an existing website?
Yes, after a technical review. We check the website, domain, email dependencies and current hosting before proposing a safe migration plan.
What happens if the website has a technical problem?
We investigate the issue, restore a suitable backup when necessary and explain any work that falls outside the selected maintenance plan.
Can existing websites and email be migrated?
Yes, after a technical audit. Websites, databases, domains and mailboxes can be moved in stages. Complex or damaged systems may require separately quoted work.
Who owns the completed website?
Ownership, licence terms, access, transfer rights and any third-party software conditions should be stated in the signed proposal. The fixed build price and all invoices must be paid according to the agreement.

They cover website build projects, hosting and maintenance plans, migrations, privacy and cancellation. Where a signed proposal and these terms differ, the signed proposal prevails.
Website projects
Each proposal sets the project scope, the fixed build price, the payment schedule, the content and access you provide, the number of included revisions, delivery conditions and any third-party costs. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Hosting and maintenance
Monthly care plans cover managed hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, routine maintenance and the level of content updates in your plan. The care fee begins at launch. Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice; major redevelopment is quoted separately.
